Ordering options :
TEDDYFISH products are available for purchase 24/7 through our online store. Unless noted otherwise, items are in stock and available for shipment once order has been processed. If items are backordered or delayed, we will contact you via email or phone with the shipment date.
Order verification :
You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been placed. You will receive a second email confirming shipment of your order. This email will include a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your delivery.
Payment options :
TEDDYFISH.com exclusively accepts payment via Paypal, American Express, Apple Pay, MasterCard and Visa.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Paris, France.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.
Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of item refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
All local ( France ) orders will be sent out by La Poste Colissimo France services, which assures 2 business days delivery time.
All international orders will be sent out by La Poste Colissimo International services, which assures 3 to 8 business days delivery time for worldwide.
If products are not available in stock or available to meet shipping requirements, you will be contacted via email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept return within 7 days of receipt and refund, provided that:

- Order including free gift items
You are welcome to exchange your item for any in-stock item of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receipt, provided that:

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, store credit will be given instead.
Each order can only be exchanged once.
Please contact us at email@example.com before shipping your return item. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery. Please note that you are responsible for all the return cost and relevant customs taxes and duties (if applicable).
To return or exchange an item, please send an email to request a return authorization (RA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.

Please make sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount.
TEDDYFISH is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
Be sure all items are carefully controlled before sending out.
But if you received a defective item, we will be happy to replace your product at no cost or offer a refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt, stating the problem and attach relevant photos if possible.
Beyond 7 days of receipt, any damages on items will not be considered as defect but as normal wear of use and will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.
